mmm... changed phones, but phonebook does not seem to update and is not loading all the details stops at M

We had something similar before... and there was a discussion around the system only transferring a particular number of records with certain phones. I'll see if I can dig up the thread.

Crackberry 8310... worked on the old RRS (something that did Rolling with laughter ) but not on this one Censored

Is this an issue of sim and phone memory when you transferred the numbers over from your old phone to your new one? Just arrived,2008 8.5 TDV6 SE Stornaway,Ebony and Zebrano.

Have you tired going into the blackberry options > Bluetooth then (blackberry menu button) options > and check "address book transfer" there are several different options that may be preventing some categories being transfered?
