I want to disable the ride hieght control speed sensor. Sometimes, I'd like to ride around at off-road height, but if the car goes over 25mph, it lowers. Same with access height. I can see why they are limited for saftey reasons, has anyone found a way to disable the sensors? I really like to be up high sometimes on the highway.

Even if you did find a way of doing this, not only would the vehicle be less stable, the drive shafts / cv joints etc. would all be at more severe angles, and driving fast like this would probably knacker them all in next to no time. If you affix a large enough object under the relevant sensor underneath, the vehicle will think its 'bottoming' out and actually go even higher than off road mode. A large barrell lashed in place with rope might do the trick. Could work?

check out disco3, the Australians where looking at the opposite Higher ride height due to those bumpy roads they need to drive down

also check Matzkar in Germany they do a module that can raise or lower the car.

We sell H&R lowering modules at Designer Wheels. Unlike fooling the suspension into staying at access height which is not deisgned for use at speed, the H&R module changes the dynamics also so it rides well and handles better. These are easy to fit at home, costs £1240 inc VAT & delivery (£1375 RRP) and lowers by 30mm.
We also sell Vemiri lowering modules that lower 40mm front and 30mm rear and these cost £1539 inc VAT & delivery (RRP £1714).

I think they want to raise the car not lower it. Like Npinks said look on D3 the Aussies cut one of the suspension rods which makes the normal height off road height (if that makes sense) DS3 TDV6 HSE

I believe you can raise the height of the off road setting using Autologic, in fact I think you can alter the height of any of the settings. If I remember rightly you can get upto an extra 25mm of height on the off road setting. Give to your local Autologic dealer a bell and I think they should be able to sort you out (so to speak!).

The problem is not with off-road height, it's the fact that the car lowers itself at about 40mph that causes us problems. However, if we could raise the normal setting via Autologic, that could be useful.
