United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Santorini Black
New TDV8 Owner

Hi. Picked up my 57 plate TDV8 last night and first impressions (of ownership, rather than test drive), is what a fantastic drive. It's a cliche but the car practically drove itself home!

I'm not one for making many changes to the manufacturer's standard spec (it has privacy glass and sunroof), however, I love the Stormer alloys and I see that replicas with tyres are available for between £800 to £1,000. Does anyone have any experience of these and is there anything I should be aware of?

Also I'm likely to add chrome mirror covers and possibly side-steps. I would be interested to know if anyone has recommendations as to where I might buy these?

Great forum by the way!!

I fitted OE Stormers to ours as I was a little worried about potential issues such as:

Are they manufactured to withstand the rigours of a 2.5 tonne 4x4?

Warranty issues?

Quite often in life (But not always ) you get what you pay for.

I have never been one to entertain fake goods, be they watches or wheels.
