I'm sure the mobile phone market is tuned heavily towards those who simply want the latest and greatest gadget. Personally, I need my mobile to make/receive phone calls, send/receive the odd text and that's pretty much it. I find the camera useful from time to time, but otherwise... why can I not just have a phone that's a phone? |

You work in an office though, lots of us don't. I don't want to go to the cost of a laptop so an iphone seems to tick many of the boxes and combined with being able to network it to my mac and pc at home via mobile me seems to make sense. DS3 TDV6 HSE

I don't disagree, P - I just get frustrated when you end up with a device that has all of this functionality and I bet a large proportion of users don't use it all. But then the same could be said for a lot of things, I know |
