Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Fuji White
Stockton Beach

To my fellow poms and antipodean cousins in OZ, thought i would share a few pictures of my day out.

A day at Stockton, simple as, dropped the tyres to approx 18-20 PSI, dialed in sand mode, switched off DSC, it behaved impeccably Bow down Zermatt Silver , only had to use low range on a few long dunes, and once at the end of Lavis Lane when it dug itself in just over a crest.

Did not see any other Land Rovers there today at all, all Landcruisers, Patrols and Hilux's mostly Sad

First photo's are of the Sport posing on the beach,

1st looking south

then looking North

Just over the crest of a dune

My favourite picture, Sand and Sky with a very nice vehicle complimenting it all

And finally the tomtom suggesting i need a snorkel fitted Laughing

Definitely going back on a regular basis to try more of the dunes and maybe a tag-a-long. Any NSW, Sydneysiders who wish to set something up for a weekend please let me know, your vehicle is more than capable of handling it without any drama.

Cheers

Jim

Jay its an excellent place to test out the sport, 35Km's of dunes Thumbs Up My favourite is the Sand and Sky, got 2 pictures which i took with the Sony Alpha, so when viewed on the IMAC, the colours and landscape looks very spectacular, very proud of the piccie indeed. Not to bad when you click it on the post, but a lot better when you see it with full resolution

Cheers

Jay, sorry to hear about that, at least i did not mention the miles of golden sand, the deep blue pacific and the beautiful blue skies Whistle On another note, you and VA would not have enjoyed it, not one boobie let alone a pair in sight.

Cheers
