Nick - stealers and trade in values are offensive as I have just been finding out, dealers not even interested in improving px val for the new sale wanting to turn £4-6 K on the px as well

Its the way of the world.....unless they have a specific person they KNOW will want to buy your car - they will want to make money at both ends......sorry mate...it's been a pain for so long. nick - btw, I think that was a good offer from the dealer - was that on a PX against a TDV8? The best offer I had on my TDV6 56 07MY with 14k back in January was £37k and I believe the TDV6 is loosing around £600-700/month

It was ok I guess - similar cars - it was against a Merc CLS - although they wanted me to keep the 22'' wheels and put back S/C wheels on it!! I went into Audi delaer yesterday Kaine - to see the S5, looks great - just that lack of auto bugs me - also same storey on the 3.0tdi A5 - only available on the 2.7 - and even then finding an auto 2.7 tdi S Line is a fruitless task - would have to be new, and not really keen to take a hammering on the residulas on a brand new car out of the showroom if you know what I mean...
