I just upgraded my HSE 19" wheels with 22" Momo Storm chrome wheels. The look great for the one week they were on. I had to go back to the 19" rims because I'll be hitting the slopes with the RRS.

My question is about the rear suspension when the frame is lifted. The suspension does not hold the wheel perpendicular to the ground. Instead the wheel will begin to toe in massively until the rear is over 2 feet above the orignal height. When th new wheel was put on, it remained toe in even when the rear was gently place back on the groud. Same thing happens on the other side, so that both wheels are toed in after the change. The only way to get them back to perpendicular is to drive a few feet.

This is very unnerving considering the 22" wheels are fitted with 40 series tires with very little sideway and are violently slid sideways as i slowly drive the few feet to get them back to parallel.

Questions: Is this normal? Is this ok for the suspension? Is there anyway to lock the suspension into place ( hmmm, am i a dumbass for not locking it in the access height? did i just answer my own question?)

I'll be bringing it in for the first maintenance service on tuesday. Updates to come.
