Gross vehicle weight?

Have been looking at the carrying capacity of the TDV8 - Gross Vehicle Weight is 3175 with 2675 Total Unladen Weight.

Does this mean a TDV8 can take 500kgs of weight when including passengers and all your gear both in the vehicle and some on the roof??

A TDV6 is 615kg, V8 Petrol is 590 and a SC is 553kgs......clearly the TDV8 is the heavy weight car in the range. Embarassed
