Charles Hurst Park Royal - Rocks!

Just popped in during my lunch break to get a new mirror fitted - parts guys always excellent - and then went to service. (Last time they changed the mirror a guy from workshop came out to pop the mirror in) but this time the service guy said he would drive the car into the workshop - I worried a little when I thought they would charge me half hour labour - but nope - they drove car back out and said all had been done - no charge! (at this point a brown note comes out of my pocket for a round of drinks for the boys)

Thanks very much guys - and to add, have changed the livery of the car - off come all the Stratstone stickers, tax disc holder etc - and on go the Charles Hurst ones...

Now there's a good dealer!! The term Stealer has been erased from my vocab!! Thumbs Up

Nick I'm surprised you kept dealer stickers on. Whenever I buy a car I insist on all external dealer branding to be non existent, I have postponed handover on a car before because they didn't listen to my instructions. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Y'see thats just me, I like my car having some kind of livery - if I got a car that didn't - it kinda puts me off...funny eh?

Only livery you need are the RRSport.co.uk stickers! Thumbs Up 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Hopefully the dealers who go to the bother of reading owners' forums learn the lesson that it costs them very little to give 1st rate service which usually results in more work coming their way at the end of the day. Unfortunately I doubt that the awful sales/ servicing guys that we still read about here are the guys who are ar*ed to read owners forums and are also the guys who do Land Rover's image so much harm. Well done Charles Hurst Park Royal - James's guys even removed their sticker from my car before I took delivery, claiming it wasn't on straight! Had it it been here when I drove out of the showroom it would have lasted about 3 days until I got home and could get it removed! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

very well put Tim - it's the attention to detail that gets my business. if my car gets a poor car wash - and they don't both to dry it properly, really gets my back up.

Audi (before the knew I used to buy 3 cars a year from them) used to try and charge me to change the rear brake light - you had to have a special tool to unlock the light (once they tried to chrge me £50 to change the light!)

Once again, it takes a lot to impress me, and the guys there do just that. Even the parts guy came out to see my car and discuss the modifications - I like that kinda thing. So thanks again guys. Thumbs Up

I'm back, but with over 200 emails accumulated since Wednesday I've been a little wrapped up!! Sorry I missed you Nick, and glad to hear that we've looked after you. Will need to meet up with you at some point soon to discuss the meet etc.

Whenever we recieve positive feedback I always cut and paste it into an email to send to the department managers and those involved. In this day and age it is appreciated when someone takes the time to let you know when things have gone well, so thanks Nick very much.

James Thumbs Up
