Noisy park brake

Is the mechanical whining noise when engaging the electronic park brake normal?

Malaysia 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Chawton White

There was a recent TSB on the "EPB Screech On Apply/Release When Stationary"

There is some work to be done according to that TSB, so it will be prudent check it out.

Mechanical screech is probably a better description. Having first service done soon and will get them to have a look. Thanks.
