Hi Brownie 59, sorry to hear that ! My people tell me that when you order a "tow pack" with the vehicle order, the tow pack should be complete ready to tow. Thats how I got mine. peterl

Yes it comes complete, albeit in two parts and in my case had a 50mm chrome ball fixed.
