Oh i see now. LR could not make the TDV6 meet emission standards so it used detuned SDV6 for EU markets, and it will sell TDV6 on other markets where emission standards are not that hard to meet.

I ordered SDV6 (306 PS) befroe LR announced new SDV6 (249 PS) and i'm happy about my engine of choice. What i don't understand about LR strategy is why it introduced the new detuned SDV6 engine?

I just visited UK configuration site and now i understand your comment. Basically in UK you get the "On / Off-Road" package when you order HSE Dynamic. That's awesome
