Just crack the connectors (front-rear/centre valve blocks) until you hear a slight hiss then go and have a cup of tea and when you finish the system will be decompressed.

This is what happened to mine just undoing a wheel nut that was not over tight - I now use a better wheel brace.

I thought that on the series 1 L320 the wheel size/tyre was not adjustable even going into the system. On the series 2 L320 it can be changed.
