	update I have taken all the plugs out and double checked the gaps they where all correct so after re fitting them I started it up and bingo! now it ticks over even after a good rev.

	I have run the engine up so its warm and then unplugged my MAF and now I can give it a rev and its straight back down to 650rpm tick over perfectly I will order a new MAF and see how that go's...

	update now my engine management light has come on so I have plugged in my Isoft LR2 and I have bank 1 running lean??? all I have done is change the spark plugs?
