Just buy some plastic trim tools, then prise the old one out.
Ive done this on my car, and from memory its about 5 clips that hold it in. So start at one side and work along.

I have located another 2 companies that do wrapping so I will contact them for a quote.

Finally got the car back today.
The tank has foam baffles in it now, which was a recall and took over 5 hours.
They think the knock was related to the fuel slap.
As for the grumbling noise it ... |

I think its 3M products there aswell, I knew it would be a bit more expensive due to being out in the sticks in cumbria, but I did not think that much. |

| I asked them to check for a recall on the tank, that's why they looked at that, as they said it was too wet to take the car out and listen for noises. I will see if they get in contact tomorrow. |
