Not sure about yours, but on my07 (and many other vehicles) you can from underneath connect to alternator or starter and frame to get battery charged in lack of right tow bar electrics.

It’s a real pain but you could remove the undertray and connect jump leads from a spare battery to earth and the positive on the starter if you can get to it.
