It could be to do partly with the VAT increase putting £1,000 plus on the price of new cars from January 1 and the price of a second hand car has to have a link with the price of the new model.

I would be surprised if it did flash as I am sure with the overcast m orning I would have seen it in my mirror or it would have caught my attention. Guess I will just have to wait and see

Was about 6.45am and a little over cast. Cant believe I would have missed it especially as it's a double flash abd would gave caught my eye in the mirror one would assume?
