 Loose wire under drivers seat can anyone help please

Hi could anyone tell me what this wire
With red light coming from it under
Drivers seat is as my rear drivers headrest
Screen won't turn on and was wondering
If this was the reason

I turned screens on for the kids and only
1 came on.i checked the connectors in boot
All looks ok so checked under drivers
