If you can trim off a bit from under the seat and send it to her she can mix it up from that. It was fairly easy to do mine as I was there with the car at the time.

Side steps reduce the bolster wear but some people dont like the way they look. If you are just getting in/out normally and the seats are kept clean they shouldnt wear any quicker.

Matt, always Matt finish. If they are shiney you are leaving product on them or they are dirty. Try dr leather wipes or spray. Modern leather does not need any balm just a good cleaner.
