My wife and I are looking into starting a business in the US. It will be retail focussed and small at first (obviously!)

Does anyone have any solid advice on the matter regarding legalities, taxation, insurance, how to's, time frames required, differences by state etc?

RRUK - I know your supercharged uses plenty of petrol but moving to the States to get fuel cheaper is a step too far!

Although i don't have direct experience, a lot of businesses are incorporated in Delaware due to tax regulations - do a google search for delaware businesse's or delaware inc
