Jay, surely TB is the man to answer this!

Don't take your 20's off road. Remember the problems RRUK had.

I've been off road of sorts on ours and had no problems but that was just a wet mud track. Runner up - 2009 Best Avatar Award Sad

How old is this? Wink

Yes, 19s are the smallest you can fit over the Brembos as you've probably found out by now.

And the 20s will get wrecked offroad as we all know... Very Happy

United States 2006 Range Rover Sport 4.4 V8 HSE Chawton White

Since the only alternative is a 19" rim and those 255/55/19 Goodyear MTRs are hard to get - especially here across the pond - expensive and quite noisy, there is a new, 20" offroad tire from Nitto, model Terra Grappler, that may save the day for owers of Brembo fitted RRSs wishing to take their cars off the beaten path. These are sized 285/50R20, so definitely oversized (about 8% variance in your speedo compared to stock), but shouldn't rub based on my experience with 285/60R18 - which have nearly identical diameter. Compared to the stockers, they should at least offer a decent sidewall and bulge out nicely, protecting the rims a lot better. People running Terra Grapplers here in the US (the 18" version is quite popular with Brembo-less owners taking their Sport offroad) gave them rave reviews, both on road for their quietness and off for their aggressive tread and grip. I don't know of anyone mounting them on a Sport yet, but they are worth checking out if they are available in Europe (they are here in North America: www.nittotire.com , click on off-road and choose Terra Grappler.)

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Zermatt Silver

I bought a set of 19" RR Sport wheels off e-bay. They arrived today very well packed in indivual boxes Cool

Brand new as have been taken off a tdv6 that upgraded to 22" stormers.

Lucky for me Thumbs Up

£599 plus £75 delivery Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

They are fitted with Wranglers so instead of flogging the tyres on and getting MTR's. I shall give them a bash on my local shoot next season.

If they perform like the ones at LR experience day (same tyre) It should be good. Keeping my 20" for spring and summer.

Katherine from autobrokers says if any you guys want a set ring her on 08444 772 880.

Highly recommended Thumbs Up  SDV8 vogue SE.
Corris grey and ivory leather + most of the toys.

The tyres will be fine on basic off road situations, they are however fairly soft and the sidewalls will get damaged if there are any stones/rocks etc but will do for a couple of outings. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

I started bidding on a set of used 19" one was a Scorpion and three were conti's and they looked worn.

This was OK cos it was the rims I wanted.
