Ive finally done it, find out all you need to know at:

All proceeds to go towards my new RRS TDV8 HSE fund, and, of course, a donation to keep the site running.

Is £38,995 what you have been offered on a trade in against a TDv8 ? Seems like a pretty fair price at that and a lot less worry / hassle than selling on Fleabay (with no gap between selling yours and getting the new one). RRS TDv8 HSE Rimini

Ive been offered £38,500 by a car dealer/broker, but he want the car asap. I have a runabout to slum it in, in the meantime, (Renault clio van Rolling with laughter Big Cry ), but thought advertising it for £38,995 is still a fair price, with all the extras, but without kidding myself into thinking i'll get "dealer forcourt" prices alot of private buyers think they can get.
Though, I reckon if a dealer/broker buys it, theyll be asking £41000+ for it.

Ahhh, you must have been watching the auction. There was 60 other people doing the same.
Well, the Deposit has paid, so, so far, so good.
The buyers are local to me here in Leeds and are the only ones to view it before bidding. But a guy from Kent tried a last few seconds bid for £40k but the winners had put in higher one.
After they viewed I went to the local Land Rover Stealers to see if they had ay TDV8 booklets, which they didnt, and bumped into them pricing up similar ones, I guess as a guide.
I am sorry to see it go as it was absolutely amazing. Fully loaded and in perfect condition, I think I spent too much time (and money) looking after it but it was worth it.
Bring on the TDV8 now. Im ready, especially now ive realised from driving my clio van that people seem to think i dont exist on the road, the amount of time people pull out in front of me, etc.
