I bought one of these of this seller and received it within 5 days! £100 + P+P is a good price.

You see quite a few Defenders and D1's with a couple of towballs on the front too VA, wonder if they can be fitted into an RRS front bumper................... they are actually quite useful for pushing things into place or boats into the water, especially seeing as so many people have problems reversing these days. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

That was a good price, I recall LR want around £240 odd + VAT - I picked one up on ebay for £160ish - Tim I had the same key problem and actually the lock failed 2 days after receipt - LR Stealer replaced barrel under warranty Laughing Found out the keys are mostly the same and there aren't many different keys around (number stamped on key).

Top tip is if you do have 2 keys still do not keep them cable tied together as delivered as there isn't adequate clearance for the keys both together when stowed - this adds to stress leading to breakage.

The fact they are all 'keyed alike' could make the removable towbar very .... collectable Laughing Laughing

!! Exactly.... I have occasionally thought of locking the removable towbar to the trailer when on the drive as an added deterrent... it'd be sods law stealer would just plug the towbar into a stolen d3 and have it away... !

That probably explains why their is quite a few on EB !!!

One for the G4 would be useful, also for a Boat with a big engine !! Smile oh, and the darn horsebox, Rolling Eyes !!

Presume, these just "click" into the socket underneath,! The G4 has the socket there, plus the recovery eye, with shackle fitted !! 997 TT, RR TDV8 Vog SE 90 V8 Hybrid
