VA does it create much extra wind noise at speed? It will be interesting so see if you have a noticable increase in fuel consumption too. A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

Tata TDv8 HSE - Stornoway/ebony and straight grain walnut with towpack, Tasmods and an HST grille. Coming soon LEDs in the headlights
Staying - Epsom Green Defender 90 for playing off road

Looking good but I'd loose the G4 stickers, make it look like you wanted a G4 but couldn't afford one Wink

The G4 sticker is just a start, before you know it he'll have painted it orange and covered it in stickers Wink 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE

Then he'll go and buy some mountain bikes and a kayak (supposedly for the little VA's) to cart around on the roof rack to complete the look.

I like it, I think 'racks' in general give the car a bit more of a pumped up look. Agree with the need for a Kayak stuck on top though or indeed any other exploring kit.

Interested to know just how much wind noise becomes an issue at speed and just how much MPG plummets ?

Presumably its on and ain't coming off ?

Don't forget about it when you drive into a multi story car park ! Wink

I'd crop the stickers to better suit the moulding, maybe cut out G4 and the logo ?

And replace them RRSport.co.uk stickers!

VA has the location of the rack so close to your SatNav / phone antenna caused any reception problems? A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.

Not put the gutter covers back on yet, I'm buying a new set with pre drilled holes. As for wind noise I havn't really noticed much of an increase except after the turkey & sprouts! RRS 2.7 TDV6 HSE Zambezi silver,Alpaca.
