my car's been in to the dealers - apparently?

Received a letter this morning from LandRover Customer Service asking me if I could kindly fill in a questionaire regarding my recent visit to Shukers LR with my RRS

Very nice letter and I'd like to fill it in, apart from the fact my car hasn't been in Laughing

I popped in for some mats and cargo net a few weeks back - could it be for this I wonder Laughing bit OTT I feel

Reminds me of an incident I saw in a layby on the A404.

Two drivers of identical cars were pulled over looking at their cars - one had one registration number on the front and another (one digit out) number on the back - whilst the other driver had the opposite set. I guess they were company fleet cars and some garage lacky had gone along the row of cars screwing number plates on and got it wrong
