United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Java Black
Small Black Badges

I want to change the badges on the front interior door cards and the steering wheel to the black ones.

Been reading some past threads but still have some questions:

Does anyone have part numbers coz my dealer is convinced that they are part of the door card?

Will the door badge fit the steering wheel or do I need to wreck a alloy wheel centre cap?

Thanks in advance!

I know if you get a set of SC wheel centre cap (off ebay maybe your best bet)
you can pop the badge out will cut around it and that will fit the steering wheel i think the same will fit the door cards!

some one did do a set by set on both the these mods! RRS TDV6 Gone but still around

The items you want ARE Landrover part No's, but you can only buy them if your VIN No is a Supercharged model, you have to give your VIN No to order them, its then you get a problem.

Landrovers way of keeping the SC exclusive maybe, too many diesel dereks trying to add the SC black badges & the exhaust tail pipes too.

No doubt every "black badge" part will be available on E-Bay soon, then just watch the jelly mould drivers when they come up against a REAL Supercharged, rather than a diesel. Laughing

If your dealer wont supply mine will. Or get a vin number of a SC parked in a carpark and use that to order them. 2005 Zambezi TDV6 - Gone but not forgotten

Are the badges sticky? And if they are do they hold on well? 2002 Discovery Adventurer LE

the door ones are not either, they "click" in. Use a Stanley Knife blade in the gap between the badge & wooden panel & prise out with care.

The badges on my doors are stuck on, badly. Both sides are peeling off.

Thanks for all the replies guys. Did the steering wheel from the centre cap badge and it looks great, it was a doddle too. Gonna do the door cards next, just waiting for the parts to come in.
