Fuel problem

Afternoon all I have a fuel pump issue when going along not at speed the car goes into limp mode been told it's a fuel rail problem I've been quoted £500+vat for a new part (ouch) will anybody on here know the part number so I can get some quotes of some breakers it's a 55 reg.tia mark ps am I right in thinking that there are 2 pumps in the tank?

there is a low pressure pump in the tank

and a high pressure pump (belt driven) at the back of the engine. I guess its this one.

Later models, 2007 ish have a different version, so don't get the wrong one!

I guess that you have already eliminated the cheapest option and replaced (correctly) the fuel filter?
