1st MOT passed, service and DEF updated

Hi,
our RRS went into the dealers today for its 36M month service
(thank you service pack, still got another 2 to go Thumbs Up )

all good and believe it had an update for the DEF/service count down indicator

also had its first MOT now on 24k so expected it to pass and it did Cool

Have now got some details regarding the discs, pads and tyres and how they are wearing from the last service
done just under 9000 miles and the front and rear discs have no more wear than the last service,
the front pads have worn by 3mm and the rears by 2mm (no probs getting to the next service at that rate)
very pleased with the tyres all have worn evenly by 1mm loads of live left Thumbs Up

see how the DEF goes Question , they put in 12L with no top ups since the last service but the counter had gone from 18500 to 4200 Question Porsche Cayenne 2022

24k miles in three years? Sounds like it needs to be driven more! Rolling with laughter

Done 30k in the 18 months I've had my SDV6. Did approx. 30k a year for each of three years in the old TDV8. It was never better than when doing big miles.

RRS really do seem to be less problematic when they're driven regularly. Thumbs Up

It is funny how we still get excited when they pass an MOT, especially an early one. The reality is that they blooming well should! Whistle 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

A decent mix of useage helps. I do around 15k a year 2/3rds mway. But it is also a good idea to use transfer box and dynamic setting regularly - I do daily owing to a combination of a very steep driveway and my daily commute route. I also tend to put it in access mode when parking up.
