Steering wheel menu OK button inop.

Hi all I mentioned this on a string about checking oil. I went out the other day and tried to access the service menu by pressing the ok button on the steering wheel.
I get nothing. It was working as I was able to change some settings previously but now nothing.
Anyone experience this before? Just to give me an idea in case I have done something wrong,before I head to the dealer with it.
The car is a MY13 series 1 RRS HSE lux.
