HDC fault, lower suspension, park brake fault

Hi everyone. Just had my 2006 RRS for a month and unfortunately have a series of faults that is baffling me and cant seem to find any info to fix it for sure.

The faults show up are HDC fault, then system fault, then lower suspension, then about 30 seconds later a park brake fault appears. Various amber lights on dash.

When these come up the speedometer stops working and milage stops climbing which is the strangest part to me.
Nothing performance wise is altered and car drives exactly the same.

This started only coming into fault around 70 mph. But now coming on everytime after about 1min after start up.

I have checked battery voltage with engine off 12.6v and idoling 14.1v.

After turning off engine faults always disappear.

I have tried search for faults using OBD reader but not showing any.

Most forums recommend battery change but it is just a year old and i think the voltage is fine.

Can anyone recommend other fixes or checks to resolve this?

Any help much appreciated. Please ask if i need to provide any more information.

Hi there
I have had the same happen and the car has been taken to the main dealer. They have had returned it twice saying it was fixed but the faults came back within 30 minutes. Been there for a month now and still no resolution.
Did you manage to resolve your issue and if so what was the problem - could be worth sharing with the dealership as they seem pretty useless at fixing it themselves!
Many thanks

Hi,

No i have not got to the bottom of it yet.

The battery has been tested and is good.

Most other forums say park brake switch could be the issue (£15) i have replaced this however the faults remain the same.

Next thing i will be checking is the ABS sensor (wheel speed sensors). Again this has been mentioned on other forums and maybe the issue but will update if i find out anything else.
