Ordered a svr 2 weeks ago still waiting for a delivery date my dealer said they are still waiting jlr/svo to confirm.
Is this normal or are they just stalling the order for some reason ???

Utterly normal - sadly. Ordered mine in August. Wasn’t until at least November before they could provide a delivery date. Which was obviously later than I was guided when ordering.

It seems four to six months is the delivery times. SVR 2018 in Santorini Black.

They may not send you a build sheet unless you push them for a copy but they should be able to provide it a couple of weeks after delivery.

From order to delivery is around 14 weeks if you have ordered black wheels it’s twice as long.

That’s from recent experience not sure if carbon packs or special paint would delay it further but I would expect it would.

Ordered mine Jan'18 (black wheel), didn't get confirmed until end of Feb'18 for a slot mid July'18, then in June was told could be delayed further so i threatened to pull the order and few days later they confirmed it was ready for end of June. When ordered in Jan'18 was told should get latest May'18…so its a lottery from what i experienced and others have said…to finish on a positive, worth the wait  MY18 Range Rover Sport SVR (18' - current)
