FBH suddenly not working - when now needed

Hi,
FBH has been working well of late (2014 RRS)
however now when we had a dump of snow lately and especially last night a good 15cm, SWMBO tells me it isn't working.
I originally put this down to user error, but after trying myself there is no joy.

We have a 3/4 tank of fuel, it's only -9 degrees.

Anything i should be looking at?

If you have an IID, read codes, reset.
Can even run a test cycle.

If no IID
then remove the FBH fuse under the bonnet for 1 minute+ and reinsert to reset it

No proper IID tool so will do the fuse remove method.
