2010MY vs 2012MY Cars

Hi all,

Other then the age difference, are the 2012MY cars likely to be any more reliable then a 2010MY car? I know a lot will depend on maintenance & milage etc. but wondered if 2012MY cars had any tweaks to them, other then the obvious changes (tdv6/sdv6 etc.).
