RRS oil level

Dose anyone know why when I try to check the oil level it comes up not available (see pic ) on my 2012 RRS Rolling Eyes

I believe if the oil is cold or the time has not been enough to
allow the oil to drain back down to the sump, up will get the
Not Available message ===========================================

New Zealand 2013 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Autobiography Santorini Black

Make sure you are not resting your foot on the throttle pedal slightly either or try putting your toe under it and lift the pedal very slightly when checking.
