[Wanted] Sump guard

Bit of a long shot...….. but if you don't ask Rolling with laughter

Need (ok, want Whistle ) a sump guard for a late 2012 RRS.

Plan on going to Morocco in the not to distance future, and whilst don't plan on doing anything toooooo hard, having access to the front towing eye when up to my armpits in sand, to of course, recover a friend Rolling with laughter would be useful.

Many thanks RRS 2012 HSE Lux Alive stage 1 remap. timed heater, General Grabbers.

Would one for a Discovery 4 be suitable?

I am sure there are more options for that than

Been there tried that, Facelift RRS are alot more difficult due to front bumper shape. Whistle 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black

Sadly, as we all know the RRS is a footballer / WAG / drug dealer vehicle fitted with big shiny wheels and chrome detailing. Wink

Off road stuff isn't available because there is not enough market for it.

Disco stuff generally doesn't fit because the front bumper shape is different, as is the relationship between body and chassis frame. The Disco's doors don't meet the body the way that the RRS's do which is why you can't buy and modify Disco sliders to fit. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

If someone was willing to have their vehicle scanned in York, then there's a company up there that would willing to produce/be able to produce, all manner of under body protection for the RRS. I'm tempted but bloody miles away.

After having a chat with the guy that owns the company above, they will be making RRSport sump guards to order with a number of options available. You will need to contact them via the link above as these are not listed on the website to obtain further information Thumbs Up 2003 BMW M5 - 5 Litres of V8 Optimax Slurping Goodness in Carbon Black
