Have you thought about fitting a TomTom/garmin instead?

https://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/integrated-...tnav%2Bfit

Probably cheaper and a much better satnav.

yeap OEM system is rubbish. You will be disapointed if you retrofit it.

Just use Waze on your phone. SO much better

Buy a phone holder instead!

Andy, is Waze the best you`ve tried? I`ve got the free TomTom one but it`s only 50 miles a month Laughing Steve.

I like what he has done but it's not the same surrounding tho, as the Range Rover sport
I just don't want to use my phone and have a cradle on the screen
I will the proper screen and see if I can retro fit a different sat nav operating system

I splashed out and paid £50 in 2012 for the TomTom app iPhone.
It was upgraded to a new app a years or so ago.

I just don't bother with it! It seams a pain. I just use Waze for free!

Can anyone tell me where the plugs for the sat nav under the seat are as I can’t see them, are they tucked away under the carpet.
Also have you got to cut out the pod on dash where the screen go’s on the dash and are the plugs behind the screen
Cheers
