Now I am excited,,

Bags packed,
Taxi to the airport booked,
Boarding passes printed..

Check list in the bag..

I feel like a kid that's been looking at the big Roller coaster..

And now I am tall enough to ride it for the first time..

Oh and the AA Card is packed as well..Just in case..

Other breakdown cards and companies available...

Knotted stomach and a mile wide smile... ===========================================

I am collecting my new to me;
2012 Range Rover Sport Autobiography in early October,

I have always thought they were stunning from that first moment I
saw the early one in orange, I am a little older now and am lucky to
be able to get the one I really want..

I have a nearly 500 mile test drive home so I should know if there are any issues.

But can anyone give some advise on what I should check before I hand over my
hard earned money and drive her home?

Thank you in advance..

apologies for asking, but how did you get on finding a car that far from home? I believe I'm going down that route myself.

If you go to the Land RoverApproved used website you can set filters for version/price/distance from home/ engine/ colour/ interior colour and some options and it will sort the nationwide franchised dealers’ stock for what you have set the filters at. I don’t use the auto-Trader website as it seems to deluge my spam filter (just like the Auto-Express website does) with unwanted mail, but I think you can do the same there too with filtering models 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

To be honest I just stumbled across the garage and the cars they have, I was just dreaming about cars I would
like to own as my Kia Sorento was playing up a bit, and came across this advert, initially I was looking for a none Autobiography, but when you spend as long as I did looking then you start to decide on what you would like as options,
and what is surplus to individual requirements,
I wanted the All round Cameras, TV, Heated Steering wheel, Dynamic drive, adaptive headlights , intelligent cruise control,
I also wanted a nice but understated interior colour, I have had cream leather before and it wasn't something I wanted again, so this one ticked all my boxes..I didn't want the rear screens or the twin screens..
The garage was great, they sent a video as well as the pictures, answered all my questions, the only bit that was a bit hair-raising was paying in full before I had seen it in the flesh, a gentleman's agreement that if it wasn't what it was meant to be then they would refund my payment in full, and pay for my fight back home, so I went for it..
And the only thing I regret is flying with Ryanair...

The drive home was amazing.. ===========================================
