Private PCP

Forgive the title Embarassed

Has any body purchased or sold there RRS privately whilst funding via a PCP ?

I've spoke to a broker this morning that are willing to allow me to purchase a vehicle privately using the PCP method. Certain conditions are mandatory - vehicle age - warranty - mileage - last service within a month or 1k miles or a one off inspection.

I'm Censored off with loosing thousands to the dealers & call me thick but the approved used warranty IMO is placed on the windscreen price of any purchase anyway. A few forum members have recently offered there L494 at more than reasonable prices compared to the stealers.

Anyway - thoughts on the above please both positive or negative from you experts Bow down Bow down

Thanks in advance. 14MY Autobiography Dynamic - SDV6 - Fuji White Smile
12MY Autobiography - SDV6 - Santorini Black - Dual View - Rear Entertainment - Sunroof.
12MY Autobiography - SDV6 - Orkney Grey - awesome ;(
2005 Java Black - 4.2 V8 Supercharged First Edition- will never be forgotten ;(

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

The thing is you won’t be paying any commission to the JLR sales team at the dealers, you will instead be paying it to the company selling you the PCP............ swings and roundabouts as to who gets the commission. 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - a test car before Seeing if I could go to totally Petrol/Diesel free motoring
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care

United Kingdom

No you can’t buy privately through finance.

Most finance companies won’t have it.

However if you were to know a car dealer with a fsa license who d be willing to invoice for the car then feasibly it’s possible .

Just what I’ve heard of course. 2017 Svr and 2018 Svr 😂
