2007 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Size query

I have 285 x 35 x 22 tyres at moment. I have been offered a full set of 275 x 45 x 22 for a great price. Will these be ok?

What model/year car have you got.? Not sure they would be ok on a L320 but should be ok on L494.Ive fitted 275/40r22’s to L320’s without problems but not sure about the 45 profile.
This pic is of my friends L320 with my old 275/40r22’s fitted that came off my L494.

The L320 should run 285/30/22 so I guess he either is running the wrong size and has
adjusted the speed sensors to the proper calculation, or he has a L494
