riviera alloys + general grabber tyres

Guys so I have decided to go down to 20" alloys and decided to get 4 new winter tyres aswell but not sure which tyres to part with, heres a screenshot of the 3 options I have in mind

https://imgur.com/a/bmagymx

its also giving me option of size as 20"x9.0" & 20"x10.5"???

What does this mean

The Grabber GT isn't a winter tyre, it's a summer tyre.
The AT3 is a winter-rated AT - a good all round tyre but not as good in the winter, on tarmac, as a genuine winter tyre.
The Snow Grabber+ is obviously a winter tyre.

Assuming you don't want any off road capability, you may as well go for the Snow Grabber.

As for the size, the RRS uses a 9.5in x 20in or 9in x 19in wheel, not a 9 x 20 or a 10.5 x 20. They claim the wheel fits but it would be useful to check the offset etc. One problem is that the top knuckle at the front is very close to the sidewall of the tyre. Get the offset wrong and you could end up with contact.

Although not as "stylish" as the wheel you've chosen, picking up a set of second hand LR RRS 20 inch rims and putting some winter tyres on would likely be cheaper and you know they'd fit properly etc. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

DONT fit riviera alloys as the are very thin,I had a set on my Vw Amarok pickup & to be honest if you hit a pot hole with these they will buckle or break.Try looking at sixtwoone for alloys & have a look at the Hawke alloys that’s what I’ve got fitted to my sport now & they are a strong alloy,I’ve had them on 3x sports & I take them off regularly to check the wheels & they always spin up 100% straight on my balancer. These are my alloys before & after I had them powder coated black.

When choosing new wheels or combination of them both,
I use this to show suspension clearance,,

Make sure you input the correct details before you pay your money out

Sham,
The basics are you will have 2" more tyre on 20's than you do now on 22's, so the gap tyre to arch will be the same as now, you will just have more tyre side wall..
Unless you're going to run unusual size tyre's.. ===========================================
