I assume that this upgrade is meant to be a no cost software upgrade......... my sister who ran a faultless 2006 RRR S out to almost 300,000 miles and then bought the first of 3 Q5’s - one full price + 2 free ones that were as faulty as the first...... has just bought a pre-registered 2018MY DS HSE Lux and was asked for £300 to upgrade her car to the latest system last Friday......... so just watch out for unscrupulous dealers wanting money for the latest software...she decided that for that price on a nearly new car she could live without ACP or Android Auto which came for free on her q5 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

No net yet. But I picked up a data sim and installed today. Then tried to update software from car interface and it said none available. |

I've got a MY17 and they installed 18C last Friday. Carplay works! But I'm located in Germany too...

My little runaround, a 2017 Suzuki Swift, has had this from day one. As standard. Works seamlessly. As do the adaptive cruise, auto LED headlights etc. etc.

Just been trying to book my car in w/ Lookers Battersea as my MY17 ICTP system has never worked reliably. They have checked with LR UK and apparently no such update (I did quote v.18c) has been released in the UK. The only update they can give me at this time is to Phase 4.

I’ve just been told that Phase 4 is the latest and I had that a few weeks ago. No sign of Apple play on mine or bloody InControl staying connected for long either🙄 |
