2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zermatt Silver

Knocking when accelerating on the move

Hi all when I accelerate from a stand still the car is fine. When I accelerate when the car is moving I can feel a knock/lump.
Is this a common problem, I'm not sure if it's suspension or transmission related?
Anyone had the same issue?
