2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Buckingham Blue
RSE DVD & Premium CD package

I am wondering if some of you who have both of the above can shed some lights on their functions.

I will be getting my RRS in about 1 week. Very Happy

So I have a few questions (checked the forum but did not find the answers):

1) Can the front touchscreen display the DVD movie played by the RSE's DVD changer? If car moving? Or if car stationary? (Except moving car is blocked in the US, but not in Europe?)
2) If I were to put MP3 CD-Rs in the RSE, would it play through the car audio system?
3) With above 2 systems, it means there can be 6 CD's in the premium CD system, and 6 DVD/CD's in the RSE?

Thanks in advance.

United States

1) It only works when stationary, in most (or all) markets. There can be, however, regional differences: You may be lucky. There is an expensive "fix" from Nav-TV. In North America, ours aren't even wired to allow viewing while parked!
2) No. MP3 data discs only work in the main stereo 6-disc CD changer.
3) Yes.

grommet,

Thanks for the replies.

I just saw one of the demo RRS at the dealer with an aftermarket GPS, and Digital TV tuner. However, both of these after market systems require their own remote control.

A bit too messy in my opinion.
