5+2 boot seat wont go down

Hi all, I have got a problem with the boot seats (5+2) on my 2017 RRS where I cannot put down one of the +2 seats in the boot as the headrest doesn't release.

When I press the button to put the seat down it doesn't do anything, when I press it a 2nd time the seat starts to fold but the headrest stays up is there a quick fix I can do to release this or is this something JLR will have to fix?
