United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport TDV6 HSE Zambezi Silver

Quote:
I am saddened to learn that some people do not name their cars.

Having given names to five dogs, our current forty-eight rabbits and many others that have been and gone, our house has run out of imagination.

Our D2 was called "That Blue B*****d". I suppose my RRS could be 'Silver Fox' as I have been called that - I have grey hair and like to have noisy sex behind the dustbins at two in the morning! "I am never content until I have constructed a model of the subject I am studying. If I succeed in making one, I understand; otherwise I do not" - Lord Kelvin

'06 RRS 2.7 TDV6 HSE

Disco II Td5 - gone (went to Africa)
Disco I V8 - gone (no engine, brakes or power-steering but towed away by a Suzuki Jimny on a 6ft rope)
Disco I V8 - gone
[Plus two Freelanders I'd rather forget but my wife liked]

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

My last Sport ( the original FAST one) was called Ena........... because one family member thought it was painted in Corrie Grey! My Defender is universally called The Green Machine and the Countryman seems to have been christened Willow, but not by me - my name for it is Ugly Betty but the family didn’t think that was flattering enough for it.....
One of my neighbours runs a Renault Zoe and that is known in the village as “The Silent Fart” don’t know where the fart comes from as it emits nothing but it might be because the owner’s previous car was some called a Renault Wind, sort of a 2 seat hard top convertible thing. 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - a test car before Seeing if I could go to totally Petrol/Diesel free motoring
