I have 20 inch wheels running 20/45 tyres as came originally from factory and my spare wheel is 19 inch but has a 20/55 tyre, again factory specified (from memory the last time I saw it). That combination makes the height correct but you have to watch your speed!
So don't worry, it is normal. Very Happy 2016 RRS SVR Estoril Blue
2005 4.2L Supercharged Java Black - gone but was my first love.

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?

As a get you home, it'll be ok. There's a difference between the two diameters of just under 10mm which would be less than 1mph at 50 mph. If you're unlucky, you might get the DSC triggering but I think you'd be ok. The 19 inch tyre is the bigger one, interestingly.

If you plan on keeping the vehicle for a while, then getting a 20 inch rim for the spare would be good - if for no other reason than it will look right when it's fitted. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

My original Factory supplied spare was actualy a 8.0J x 18" black rim with 255/55 x 18" tyre fitted, classed as "Durable Spare" car was fitted with standard 275/40 x 20 wheel/tyres.

Cheers

If it cuts in whilst normal driving, then you can by pressing the DSC off button until you get home. When you restart the vehicle the DSC will reengage. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
