Some advice needed please

Hi all, new to the forum but been on the disco one for a while, had a D3 on a 55 plate when the cam belt tension bolt sheared and the engine eat its self, Big Cry so down to the question.. decided to get a rrs looking for around 09-10 with 3.0l as low milage as i can i have seen this.

https://www.gumtree.com/p/land-rover/2010-...1303191024

I know from the past the the lower arm bushes wear, cam belt a must, on the D3 i blanked of the EGR is this all i should look for as well as a FSH? are the turbos an issue or just go for a well sorted pre 09, again road tax are they all £500+

Many thanks for the help in advance and im sure i will be posting silly questions.

Jase

Hi it seems the cranks can be suspect on the 3.0 if you search on here and disco3 but it is a bit hit and miss with no reason apparently for them to let go other than that pretty much the same as disco4 issues Thumbs Up

So having read through lots of posts, look at an 09-10 plate 3.6l v8 as getting a warrenty to cover a poss crank issue is a Rolling with laughter should i look for a fsh one or go for a sorted 2.7l?? Decision decision...
