Having had a very underwhelming experience with dealers close to home and others further afield, I did a "walk-in" to Stratstone Aylesbury on a Saturday, 2 weeks ago...asked the polite gent on reception for a sales contact and within 5 minutes, Oliver Harris was at my service.

Had a look at a car I was interested in and placed a deposit that day - great chap and a testament that decent customer service still exists in some car dealerships.
