United Kingdom 2013 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Rimini Red
Used Cars - Main dealer discount

What is the general scope for haggling at a LR main dealer. I know from past experience that stratstone won't discount anything at all, but what about others?

I've had reasonable results with BMW dealers in the past but have always found LR a bit frosty.

I have a PX that I'm currently trying to sell privately so either need them to bump that up a couple of grand, or knock a couple off!

What are the chances? Any experiences? Range Rover Sport HSE DYnamic SDV6 Velocity blue 2020 MY

From my limited experience most of them seem quite rigid to be honest.

Why not speak to companies like Oracle and Magnitude? If nothing else can use them as a bargaining chip.

Just bought my 65 plate, MY16 from Stratstone Aylesbury - no discount on the car but was offered £1k more for my part exchange than other LR dealers...so some play if you have a Part Ex

Think you’ll find the windscreen price slightly negotiable but not by much...however you will also be able to negotiate the px price and more importantly the APR of the finance....

I did a great deal with my dealer by showing similar spec vehicles for sale at other garages and then using one of the vehicle valuation sites to show price of both my PX and the vehicle that they were selling...once I got that I could then start playing with my finance and told them the figure I needed to get to...
We then played with apr rates and got that reduced to a great figure...

Got a later better spec car than my last one for less money... Very Happy
