From looking in the workshop manual I think that the compressor and battery setup is totally different as a starting point!

Manual shows how to change the battery with and without the 3rd row seats, that's all that I could see.

Thanks Barry. I'm not getting very promising info from the part suppliers, but I'm not giving up. This can't be that hard to get done.

It sure would be a help if somebody could post a photo of the spare wheel compartment with the spare out (2014 or later RRS). I'd like to see how the compressor is mounted.

Too old to pull out the spare for a photo but this is the best I could find, drawing attached.

Thanks so much Barry, that's just what I needed. It seems that Rover won't sell the compressor bracket alone, so I may have to fabricate some kind of adaptor to move it forward a few inches. |
